We will ask of you to first allow the 21 business days from the day of the order was sent to pass, after that time , if you order did not arrive we can send it again . You could choose what option do you want. Client is responsible to receive their order, if client do not receive it but any of this reason: She/He was not in home, she/he did not want to sign for it, she/he did not go to the post office to get it ( after did not receive it in his/her home ) .
